Five story 200,000 SF Office Building / 800 Tons of Steel completed in 12 weeks

Ballentyne Project:

Ballentyne Office Building – This is the final building of three that were constructed consecutively. The three buildings totaled almost Half-Million square feet. We have erected 15 six story office buildings in the Ballentyne area of Charlotte.

Customer on all Ballentyne buildings: SteelFab, Inc. – Charlotte, NC

IFH:

Institution Food House (IFH) of Florence – A new 350,000 SF freezer and storage facility. 2000 Tons of steel constructed in 16 weeks.

Customer: Stone Bridge Fabricators – New York

Mohawk:

Mohawk Expansion – Bennettsville, SC / 900 Tons of steel completed in 10 weeks. Tight site in an industrial setting.

Customer: MB Kahn Construction – Columbia, SC

Wade Office Buildings:

Wade One and Two Office Buildings, Raleigh, NC – Two four story steel buildings for approx. 1000 tons of steel. Completed each building in 9 weeks.

Customer: SteelFab, Inc – Charlotte, NC

New Millennium Expansion:

New Millennium Plant Expansion – Performed Phase 1, 2 and 3 expansions for Joist manufacturer in Florence, SC. Erected several hundred tons in a tight site in an industrial environment.
